It’s refreshing to work with a company you can trust….
Bob went above and beyond to help me with a roofing issue. I highly recommend Sentinel Roofing for both residential and commercial roofing needs. If you’re looking for honest answers, fair treatment, and absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics, this is the company to call. Unlike many door-to-door roofing companies looking to take advantage of homeowners, they genuinely care about doing what’s right. It’s refreshing to work with a company you can trust.
Will definitely be using them again….
Great job. Skyler was very professional from the minute he stepped out of the truck. Gave very clear information for out job. Then we worked with Melissa from the office again very professional and kept us up to date on what was going to happen. Will definitely be using them again.
Sentinel roofing went above, and beyond
Sentinel roofing went above, and beyond. We were on a tight timeline due to insurance.Bo kept us abreast of all communication and Gino was a blessing to work with, on site. The office staff was prompt with documents and helpful and understanding the process. It was helpful to get to see the progress of our project from a rooftop view and they left our around our building looking better than when they found it. Cleaning up all of the materials and debris from the area. Due to the great communication with Bo. It was an added blessing to be able to brainstorm and keep our store open the whole time. Not having a loss of revenue during the project to our small nonprofit. Thank you to our supporters and Sentinel roofing for the beautiful shiny new roof.
Sentinel Roofing did a wonderful job repairing the roof
Big thanks to a job well done by Bo Lancaster and Gino! Our home was damaged during Hurricane Helene by tree damage to the roof. Sentinel Roofing did a wonderful job repairing the roof. They were so nice to work with, excellent communication and fair pricing.

I would highly recommend this Great Company to anyone
We had a Great experience with Sentinel Roofing. After having several other estimates done we chose Sentinel Roofing to put a new roof on our home. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. The roof was scheduled and finished quickly. It was a pleasure working with Skylar as well as a meet and greet with the owner Tyler. The clean-up was great afterwards. I would highly recommend this Great Company to anyone.
I can’t say enough good things
Today Gino and Eddie came out to finish up our gutters and soffits as part of our new siding install, the nicest men! Since they work with Sentinel and CBC I asked a question about a suggested "job" I should have done from an insect company, I would have called CBC anyway to ask their opinion, that's how much I trust these companies and the people that work with them. Gino took a peak and video and there are no signs of anything that the other guy rattled off. So, as a woman and a homeowner I can't say enough good things.
Gino just saved me from having to worry about a pricey job that wasn't needed but if it did I need it, it would be Sentinel and CBC that I call.
We are so pleased with our new roof from Sentinel Roofing
We are so pleased with our new roof from Sentinel Roofing! Cindi Quick helped us every step of the way! She is very professional and detail oriented! She even came over after the job was complete and spent another 20 minutes or so going around with a magnet to make sure all nails were picked up and used a Blower to clean everything off again even after the roofers had done it the day before! Gino was our project manager for the day . He was very professional and did an awesome job of keeping us informed as the job was being completed! They also did an awesome job of cleaning everything up.We highly recommend this company and have already recommended them to two of our neighbors!
We highly recommend Sentinel Roofing
We had a wonderful experience with Sentinel Roofing! From the very beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. We were shopping around for quotes and they gave us the best price on the market without sacrificing quality or service.
A special thank you to Melissa Supal, who was our point of contact throughout the process. She truly listened to our needs, answered every question patiently, and made us feel confident and informed every step of the way. It's rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such attentiveness and care.
If you're looking for a reliable roofing company that offers competitive pricing and excellent customer service, we highly recommend Sentinel Roofing!
I highly recommend Sentinel Roofing for anyone looking for reliable, top-notch roofing services
I was referred to Sentinel Roofing, and they truly did not disappoint. From my very first contact with Skyler, every interaction was professional, friendly, and efficient. The entire process was remarkably smooth and quick-from the initial consultation to the final touches on the roof, I felt well-informed and cared for every step of the way.
Skyler's prompt responses and clear explanations helped me understand all aspects of the project, ensuring that I was comfortable and confident with every decision made. The quality of work is outstanding, and it's clear that Sentinel Roofing takes great pride in delivering excellent service.
I highly recommend Sentinel Roofing for anyone looking for reliable, top-notch roofing services. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship is truly refreshing.
The entire team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a dedication to quality
I don't normally do review only in exceptional cases and this is one of them. We recently had the pleasure of working with Sentinel Roofing for the roofing of a new construction project of 26 houses, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The entire team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a dedication to quality that truly set them apart.
From the very first consultation, Tyler was attentive to our needs, helping us choose the best materials and roofing style to complement our home's design. They provided a detailed, transparent estimate, and very competitive pricing.
The installation team lead by Gino was punctual, efficient, and highly skilled. They worked diligently to ensure the roof was completed within the agreed timeframe, without compromising on quality. We were also impressed with how clean and organized the site was during and after the project.
We are absolutely thrilled with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Tyler and his team at Sentinel Roofing to anyone looking for reliable, top-tier roofing services for new construction and remodeling projects.
Thank you again to Tyler and his entire team for your hard work and dedication. We couldn't be happier with your work!
They communicate really well and they do what they say
Sentinel Roofing is excellent to work with, we had them do a re-roof on a portion of flat roof, now the water runs off great! They communicate really well and they do what they say they are going to do! Highly recommend!
Great company
Melissa took me under her wing, me being a single lady with no roofing experience. Her knowledge and willingness to help even if I didn't choose them was shocking! As is turned out I found out my roof didn't need replacing (I was looking for insurance purposes). I will however when I will need a roof will contact Sentinel Roofing again. Great company!
I highly recommend them and will be using them again
Working with Skyler and the whole team at Sentinel Roofing was a joy. From the first visit, I felt like they were more about doing the right thing than just making another sale. I highly recommend them and will be using them again the next time I need a roof.
They completed the job very quickly and did an excellent job
Sentinel Roofing did a top notch job on our roof. When I was calling around to get estimates for a new roof Skyler was one of the few who actually came out to the house, gave me a written estimate and explained everything to me. And then one of the things that made us choose Sentinel was because Skyler was the only person who ever got back in contact with us after the fact, to see if we had any questions. They completed the job very quickly and did an excellent job. Great customer service
They were unbelievably, amazing workers that never stopped working until the job was done
I would give ten stars if I could! From start to finish,Skyler(sales) kept touch with me letting me know if I had any questions not to hesitate to give him a call. As far as the installation crew, They were unbelievably, amazing workers that never stopped working until the job was done! I had bad rot on 13 sheets of plywood and fascia which they removed and replaced in the most timeliest manner I've ever seen! I never thought they would get the whole job done in 1 day,But they did! As far as the cleanup, it looked like they were never here! I am so happy I went with SENTINEL ROOFING as I had three other estimates!!! Thank you so much Skyler, everything you said was spot on!!!!
I would recommend Skyler Austin and Sentinel Roofing to any of my friends and family
At Pat Myers Electric we have a location just off of baseline Road that had a few places in the roof that needed repair mainly around the vents that penetrated through the roof after reaching out to Sentinel Roofing Skyler Austin came out and from start to finish was amazing to work with taking the time to walk the roof and educate me About what we had and how we could improve before He just tried to sell me something so immediately made you feel very comfortable about making the decision to work with Sentinel Roofing. After that point, the repairs were very quick and easy not disturbing our workflow in anyway. On top of that they have a very reasonable price. 10 out of 10 I would recommend Skyler Austin and Sentinel Roofing to any of my friends and family.
Thank you Melissa Supal and Nick for taking such good…
Sentinel roofing did a great job! They did everything in a timely manner and are very friendly and easy to work with. Thank you Melissa Supal and Nick for taking such good care of us.
Highly recommend Skylar and Sentinel Roofing
Skylar was amazing! Very honest and upfront about options and costs. Definitely won't oversell or talk you into work you don't need. Sentinel did a great job and we're very happy with the repair. Highly recommend Skylar and Sentinel Roofing.
I really enjoyed working with them
I had the worse experience with trying to get an estimate and a company being honest and upfront with me. Until I met Skyler. He honestly was so easy to work with. I called him, he gave me an estimate and was so quick with it. Once we started the project, Melissa our project manager kept me informed the whole time. Between the both of them, that was the easiest. I really enjoyed working with them. I highly recommend them, not only for their integrity, and great customer service. The price of the roof was a great price too....Im so happy I found them!!
I highly recommend Sentinel Roofing if you’re in need of some TLC for your roof
My sister needed her 40 year old manufactured home roof repaired and sealed. It was a complete disaster, gutters leaking, roof leaks etc. She spoke to Skyler (salesman) from Sentinel Roofing Company, signed a contract to have the work done in September 25'. Ryan (the actual roofer) was always "kind, friendly and patient" toward my sister and I appreciated that...! He did a "great job" cleaning, pressure washing, replacing a couple of 1" x 4's that were rotted and applying a silicone sealant to the roof, gutters and elite panels. It looked "great" when I was able to get up on the roof myself and have a look. I highly recommend Sentinel Roofing if you're in need of some TLC for your roof. Thanks to Skyler, Tyler and Ryan for a job well done.
Sentinel Roofing came highly recommended and has not disappointed
We worked with Skylar who was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We have a TPO roof on a private home and Sentinel Roofing came highly recommended and has not disappointed. Good workmanship and very happy with the results.
The build team was also outstanding. Courteous, clean, industrious, and great attitudes
Skyler is awesome. Super responsive and helpful. Patiently guiding us dirt time roof buyers through the process. Couldn't have been a better guide. A true, honest salesperson, properly connecting the Custer to the right solution. The build team was also outstanding. Courteous, clean, industrious, and great attitudes. Thank you!
If you are considering a new roof, I would definitely use this company
Skyler came out to do a free roof assessment on a house I'm thinking of purchasing. He was such a nice young man! He thoroughly went over every detail and it turns out everything was good! This is a company of integrity! They didn't try to sell me a new roof I didn't need! He provided a lot of information that I will need in the future regarding my roof.
If you are considering a new roof, I would definitely use this company! When speaking to people that I know, they say the quality of the roofs they do are spectacular!
I wholeheartedly recommend Sentinel Roofing
Sentinel Roofing is an exceptional company to collaborate with. From the initial telephone conversation with Melissa in the office to the final project completed by Skyler and Gino, every aspect of our partnership exceeded my expectations. The company stands out for its honesty, dependability, fair pricing, and exceptional workmanship. I wholeheartedly recommend Sentinel Roofing to anyone seeking a reliable and high-quality roofing service. If you require a new roof, I highly suggest contacting Skyler Austin at Sentinel Roofing.
Highly recommend them for any of your needs
Great communication on the status and progress of the job. We were on a very tight time constraint, and they were able to meet our needs. Job was completed very quickly and professionally. All details were covered by them as I was working with them from 1200 miles away. Highly recommend them for any of your needs.
The customer service and workmanship provided was second to none and would definitely recommend
Sentinel roofing did an excellent job on my roof! My salesman Skyler was great to work with answered any and all my questions along the way. The customer service and workmanship provided was second to none and would definitely recommend!
10/10 highly recommend
Absolutely phenomenal company to work with. Especially Skyler Austin. He not only was an absolute saint, he called every step of the way to update on the process of the roof renovation. He was hands down one of the nicest people to ever work with and let's not forget his crew of absolutely amazing and accommodating guys. 10/10 highly recommend.
I highly recommend Sentinel Roofing
I highly recommend Sentinel Roofing. Chris, the salesman was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed of the status throughout the entire project. Gino, the project manager was also professional and knowledgeable. He was able to complete the project in one day, answered all of our questions, and updated us throughout the day. We are grateful for the free wind mitigation inspection and are looking forward to home insurance discounts.
he made sure I knew why Sentinel Roofing was just the right choice
I just recently had Sentinel Roofing replace my 30yr old tile roof, and ive got to hand it to Skylar and Gino for making it as easy and painless as possible.
From the get go Skylar impressed me with the estimate and how detailed it was. Unlike the other estimates I had received he made sure I knew why Sentinel Roofing was just the right choice. They have great warranty and guarantee programs for their products.
And let's not forget about Gino. As the project manager he was on top of everything. If I had a question or concern, he helped me understand what was going on and what the next steps were. I thought a clay tile roof would be more than a day job but they had it completed in 1. And before it was all said and done he was able to show me extensive pictures of all the work completed.
Good luck finding a better Roofing company
Hardest working bunch I have ever seen
GREAT, FANTASTIC COMPANY! I would give them 20 stars if possible! Skyler, my account manager, came to our first meeting fully prepared with license and insurance verification. He followed up frequently, quickly available for any of my concerns, and made sure everything went smoothly. The site manager, Gino, was just as reliable and helpful. He answered every question with obvious knowledge. Their communication skills were beyond any company I have ever dealt with. The construction crew came on time every morning. Everyone with this company was always on time and communicating constantly with any changes. The crew worked nonstop in the blazing heat. Hardest working bunch I have ever seen! All the completion time estimates were extremely accurate. This company and everyone involved with them were the best I have dealt with in Marion County in the past 25 years. I'm just so impressed with their work ethic! And I love my new gorgeous roof!! THANK YOU SENTINEL ROOFING!! (especially Skyler and Gino!) JOB WELL DONE!
We will recommend these guys to anyone who needs any kind of roofing repair or replacement done
Thank you Tyler, Gino and the roofing crew with Sentinel Roofing who came out and replaced our roof. They did an exceptional job. They were quick and efficient, very respectful. With the size of our roof they quoted us fairly and didnt have any hidden fees as everything was laid out clearly in the contract. We will recommend these guys to anyone who needs any kind of roofing repair or replacement done.
I would recommend Sentinel Roofing to anyone needing roof repair or replacement.
This may be an unusual review since I chose to have a different company replace my roof but here goes. Skyler Austin gave me an initial estimate on a roof replacement back in February. During the 2 months that it took for me to make my final decision. Skyler would check in with me from time to time. What impressed me was that his calls were more than a sales follow-up. He was genuinely interested in hearing about what my goals and needs were. Not only that but he had a wide breadth of knowledge and was always willing to share. For instance, when I mentioned that another project that I needed to figure out was choosing a good backup system for when the power goes out he took the time to school me to the pros and cons of solar energy systems vs. gas powered generators. That one conversation helped me when I sat down with solar power company sales people. His follow-up calls were always informative and low pressure and by appointment. So, from just a customer service standpoint I would recommend Sentinel Roofing to anyone needing roof repair or replacement.

They were so nice to work with, excellent communication and fair pricing
Big thanks to a job well done by Bo Lancaster and Gino! Our home was damaged during Hurricane Helene by tree damage to the roof. Sentinel Roofing did a wonderful job repairing the roof. They were so nice to work with, excellent communication and fair pricing.
the best possible experience and quality
Sentinel Roofing is a great company to work with, it is hard to find roofers who know what they are doing and also reach out to other companies to help them help their customers so that the people that they are serving get the best possible experience and quality. I love them and would recommend them to everyone!
Sentinel Roofing has an amazing group of people working with them
As of today:
New roof installed
Wind Mitigation Complete
New insulation blown in the attic
I have to pause and give a HUGE shot out to Sentinel Roofing who really helped through every bit of this.
They made sure the permit went through and started the project on time, which allowed our new roof to be completed Wednesday 9/25. The day before Hurricane Helen was expected to hit. The roof was inspected and filed Thursday morning (9/26) prior to the City closing down at noon. When they thought their dumpster company wouldn't be able to pick up prior to the storm; they came to ensure the dumpster was tied down and secured. My husband was incredibly impressed how they took the time to sure through every eyelet on the tarp. The dumpster company also ended up coming Thursday early to pick up the dumpster so it was gone before the winds started.
The Wind Mitigator and Insulation team showed up on time Monday (9/30) after the storm.
Sentinel Roofing has an amazing group of people working with them. Every single individual I dealt with was not only incredibly kind and customer service oriented but also responsive, and was great with communication.
I cannot not only thank them enough for their work, but I have to give them a 5/5 in my recommendation that you reach out to them when you need roof work completed.
Thank you! You have made my life so much easier with your great work and work ethic.
Thank you so much for your recommendation, Amanda Beth Miller - you have amazing companies you recommend.
A true 5-star experience
I recently replaced my roof with Sentinel Roofing, LLC, and I am beyond impressed with Skyler's exceptional work. From start to finish, Skyler demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and my new roof not only looks fantastic but also provides peace of mind knowing it was done with precision. Skyler's dedication to customer satisfaction sets a benchmark for excellence in the roofing industry. I highly recommend Sentinel Roofing, LLC, and especially commend Skyler for an outstanding job. A true 5-star experience!
They were very reasonable and did high quality work
Sentinel Roofing recently did a roof replacement for me on a mobile home. Skylar was super responsive and helpful and was willing to answer all of my questions, and explain what they were planning to do and made helpful suggestions along the way. Tyler and his team were professional from start to finish. It is so nice to work with a company that still takes the time to explain the plans, and give some personal attention. They were very reasonable and did high quality work in a single day! I highly recommend this amazing team.
