Sentinel roofing went above, and beyond. We were on a tight timeline due to insurance.Bo kept us abreast of all communication and Gino was a blessing to work with, on site. The office staff was prompt with documents and helpful and understanding the process. It was helpful to get to see the progress of our project from a rooftop view and they left our around our building looking better than when they found it. Cleaning up all of the materials and debris from the area. Due to the great communication with Bo. It was an added blessing to be able to brainstorm and keep our store open the whole time. Not having a loss of revenue during the project to our small nonprofit. Thank you to our supporters and Sentinel roofing for the beautiful shiny new roof.

We had a Great experience with Sentinel Roofing. After having several other estimates done we chose Sentinel Roofing to put a new roof on our home.They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. The roof was scheduled and finished quickly. It was a pleasure working with Skylar as well as a meet and greet with the owner Tyler. The clean-up was great afterwards. Today Gino and Eddie came out to finish up our gutters and soffits as part of our new siding install, the nicest men! Since they work with Sentinel and CBC I asked a question about a suggested "job" I should have done from an insect company, I would have called CBC anyway to ask their opinion, that's how much I trust these companies and the people that work with them. Gino took a peak and video and there are no signs of anything that the other guy rattled off. So, as a woman and a homeowner I can't say enough good things. Gino just saved me from having to worry about a pricey job that wasn't needed but if it did I need it, it would be Sentinel and CBC that I call.

We are so pleased with our new roof from Sentinel Roofing! Cindi Quick helped us every step of the way! She is very professional and detail oriented! She even came over after the job was complete and spent another 20 minutes or so going around with a magnet to make sure all nails were picked up and used a Blower to clean everything off again even after the roofers had done it the day before! Gino was our project manager for the day . He was very professional and did an awesome job of keeping us informed as the job was being completed! They also did an awesome job of cleaning everything up.We highly recommend this company and have already recommended them to two of our neighbors!

Sentinel Roofing is excellent to work with, we had them do a re-roof on a portion of flat roof, now the water runs off great! They communicate really well and they do what they say they are going to do! Highly recommend!

Melissa took me under her wing, me being a single lady with no roofing experience. Her knowledge and willingness to help even if I didn't choose them was shocking! As is turned out I found out my roof didn't need replacing (I was looking for insurance purposes). I will however when I will need a roof will contact Sentinel Roofing again. Great company!

Sentinel Roofing did a top notch job on our roof. When I was calling around to get estimates for a new roof Skyler was one of the few who actually came out to the house, gave me a written estimate and explained everything to me. I would give ten stars if I could! From start to finish,Skyler(sales) kept touch with me letting me know if I had any questions not to hesitate to give him a call. As far as the installation crew, They were unbelievably, amazing workers that never stopped working until the job was done! I had bad rot on 13 sheets of plywood and fascia which they removed and replaced in the most timeliest manner I've ever seen! I never thought they would get the whole job done in 1 day,But they did! As far as the cleanup, it looked like they were never here! I am so happy I went with SENTINEL ROOFING as I had three other estimates!!! Thank you so much Skyler, everything you said was spot on!!!!

At Pat Myers Electric we have a location just off of baseline Road that had a few places in the roof that needed repair mainly around the vents that penetrated through the roof after reaching out to Sentinel Roofing Skyler Austin came out and from start to finish was amazing to work with taking the time to walk the roof and educate me About what we had and how we could improve before He just tried to sell me something so immediately made you feel very comfortable about making the decision to work with Sentinel Roofing. After that point, the repairs were very quick and easy not disturbing our workflow in anyway. On top of that they have a very reasonable price. 10 out of 10 I would recommend Skyler Austin and Sentinel Roofing to any of my friends and family.

I had the worse experience with trying to get an estimate and a company being honest and upfront with me. Until I met Skyler. He honestly was so easy to work with. I called him, he gave me an estimate and was so quick with it. Once we started the project, Melissa our project manager kept me informed the whole time. Between the both of them, that was the easiest. I really enjoyed working with them. I highly recommend them, not only for their integrity, and great customer service. My sister needed her 40 year old manufactured home roof repaired and sealed. It was a complete disaster, gutters leaking, roof leaks etc. She spoke to Skyler (salesman) from Sentinel Roofing Company, signed a contract to have the work done in September 25'. Ryan (the actual roofer) was always "kind, friendly and patient" toward my sister and I appreciated that...! He did a "great job" cleaning, pressure washing, replacing a couple of 1" x 4's that were rotted and applying a silicone sealant to the roof, gutters and elite panels. It looked "great" when I was able to get up on the roof myself and have a look. I highly recommend Sentinel Roofing if you're in need of some TLC for your roof. Skyler came out to do a free roof assessment on a house I'm thinking of purchasing. He was such a nice young man! He thoroughly went over every detail and it turns out everything was good! This is a company of integrity! They didn't try to sell me a new roof I didn't need! He provided a lot of information that I will need in the future regarding my roof. I just recently had Sentinel Roofing replace my 30yr old tile roof, and ive got to hand it to Skylar and Gino for making it as easy and painless as possible. From the get go Skylar impressed me with the estimate and how detailed it was. Unlike the other estimates I had received he made sure I knew why Sentinel Roofing was just the right choice. They have great warranty and guarantee programs for their products. And let's not forget about Gino. As the project manager he was on top of everything. If I had a question or concern, he helped me understand what was going on and what the next steps were. I thought a clay tile roof would be more than a day job but they had it completed in 1. GREAT, FANTASTIC COMPANY! I would give them 20 stars if possible! Skyler, my account manager, came to our first meeting fully prepared with license and insurance verification. He followed up frequently, quickly available for any of my concerns, and made sure everything went smoothly. The site manager, Gino, was just as reliable and helpful. He answered every question with obvious knowledge. Their communication skills were beyond any company I have ever dealt with. The construction crew came on time every morning. Everyone with this company was always on time and communicating constantly with any changes. The crew worked nonstop in the blazing heat. Hardest working bunch I have ever seen! All the completion time estimates were extremely accurate. This company and everyone involved with them were the best I have dealt with in Marion County in the past 25 years. With the size of our roof they quoted us fairly and didnt have any hidden fees as everything was laid out clearly in the contract. This may be an unusual review since I chose to have a different company replace my roof but here goes. Skyler Austin gave me an initial estimate on a roof replacement back in February. During the 2 months that it took for me to make my final decision. Skyler would check in with me from time to time. What impressed me was that his calls were more than a sales follow-up. He was genuinely interested in hearing about what my goals and needs were. Not only that but he had a wide breadth of knowledge and was always willing to share. For instance, when I mentioned that another project that I needed to figure out was choosing a good backup system for when the power goes out he took the time to school me to the pros and cons of solar energy systems vs. gas powered generators. That one conversation helped me when I sat down with solar power company sales people. His follow-up calls were always informative and low pressure and by appointment. So, from just a customer service standpoint I would recommend Sentinel Roofing to anyone needing roof repair or replacement.

Sentinel Roofing is a great company to work with, it is hard to find roofers who know what they are doing and also reach out to other companies to help them help their customers so that the people that they are serving get the best possible experience and quality. I love them and would recommend them to everyone!

As of today: New roof installed Wind Mitigation Complete New insulation blown in the attic I have to pause and give a HUGE shot out to Sentinel Roofing who really helped through every bit of this. They made sure the permit went through and started the project on time, which allowed our new roof to be completed Wednesday 9/25. The day before Hurricane Helen was expected to hit. The roof was inspected and filed Thursday morning (9/26) prior to the City closing down at noon. When they thought their dumpster company wouldn't be able to pick up prior to the storm; they came to ensure the dumpster was tied down and secured. My husband was incredibly impressed how they took the time to sure through every eyelet on the tarp. The dumpster company also ended up coming Thursday early to pick up the dumpster so it was gone before the winds started. The Wind Mitigator and Insulation team showed up on time Monday (9/30) after the storm. Sentinel Roofing has an amazing group of people working with them. Every single individual I dealt with was not only incredibly kind and customer service oriented but also responsive, and was great with communication. I cannot not only thank them enough for their work, but I have to give them a 5/5 in my recommendation that you reach out to them when you need roof work completed. Thank you!
